Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with human resources employee communications.
2. Participating in regular HR team meetings.
3. Drafting HR and IR policies and manuals.
4. Preparing an elaborate training manual.
5. Developing an employee engagement manual.
6. Working proactively with other team members.
7. Sharing new ideas and information with other team members.
8. Assisting the HR Manager in day-to-day activities.
9. Setting up the overall HR system and policies.
10. Preparing an induction and new joiner module.
11. Completing English conversion of HR videos.
12. Submitting the final draft of policies.
13. Conducting HR meetings and TLC sessions.
14. Organizing employee engagement-related activities.

Requirements:

1. PGPM or PGDM in human resource.
2. Full-time master degree in human resource.
3. Graduation in B.Com and B.M.S.
