About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
2. Support onboarding & induction for new employees.
3. Maintain and update HR records and databases.
4. Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
5. Handle basic HR operations, including documentation and policy updates.
6. Contribute to learning & development initiatives.
7. Support other HR functions as needed.
