1. Sourcing potential candidates through various channels - job boards, internet sourcing, networking, Naukri, social media, internal database, vendors, advertisement, etc.
2. Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews and assessing candidates fitment for the role
3. Coordinating with the HR & hiring managers for the entire interview process
4. Conducting reference check
5. Preparing and releasing offer and appointment letter
6. Regularly maintaining and updating the recruitment trackers & dashboard
7. Managing other duties as assigned
