The Gautam Modi Group was founded by Mr. Chimanlal Modi in 1932 at Gwalior, later led by his son Mr. Gautam Modi. Gautam Modi Group started their business with the dealership of tractors, they moved to Mumbai and started the dealership of two-wheelers. The group acquired the Hyundai dealership since then there is no turning back. The group acquired the Ford dealership, followed by Audi at Mumbai and Thane locations. In 2019, the group acquired the MG Motors dealership, making it the only dealer in Mumbai.
