About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating training efforts and managing the learning management system.
2. Collaborating with training vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
3. Compiling and analyzing daily MIS reports to track training progress.
4. Following up with stakeholders and employees to ensure completion of mandatory training.
5. Assisting the L&D lead in coordinating training programs and handling administrative tasks.
