This is a HR role , reporting to our AVP - HR . It comprises L&D , Recruitment , onboarding and new employee orientation. It is a learn & earn opportunity if you wish to lay a foundation in HR recruitment. This role will be converted to a job opportunity after completion of the internship, subject to performance reviews every month during the internship.

We are entering new markets with new business lines, and need someone to help us expand, mentored by our highly skilled HR leaders.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build our recruiter and employer brand by executing the brand strategy.
Work on enhancing recruitment pipeline via online portals.
2. Conduct candidate search , coordinate with manpower vendors.
3. Schedule and conduct interviews and follow up with negotiation calls with selected candidates.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Any graduation/post-graduation is fine, but an MBA in HR would be preferred
2. Very good English communication skills (written and spoken) are required for you to succeed in this role.
3. Hands on excel and word skills are a must.
4. Prior exposure to HR domain is preferred.
