Human Resources (HR) Internship

1.Assisting with the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, posting open positions on job boards, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2.Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and completing necessary paperwork.
3.Assisting HR Business Partners with day-to-day employee relations matters, including handling employee queries and escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications:

Qualification:
Currently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

One should have:
Strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for learning.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
