Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern/Fresher to join our team at our. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about HR processes and contribute to various HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and conducting orientation sessions.
Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with necessary information.
Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
Handle general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
