About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. HR Operations Support:
-Maintain and update employee records.
-Assist with onboarding, off-boarding, and documentation.
-Process attendance and leave data for payroll.
2. Dashboard Management:
-Create and update automated HR dashboards.
-Consolidate data for metrics like recruitment, attrition, and compliance.
-Support data analysis and troubleshooting.
