Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in sourcing candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to identify potential candidates
3. Coordinating interviews and assisting in the interview process
4. Participating in job fairs and campus recruitment events
5. Assisting in the development of job descriptions and job postings
6. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
7. Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
8. Learning about recruitment strategies and best practices in talent acquisition.
