About the internship
Join our HR team as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, employee relations, and HR administration. Perfect for those eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
3. Organize employee engagement activities and address queries.
4. Maintain employee records and assist with HR reports.
5. Coordinate training sessions and track employee development.
6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, marketing, statistics, market research, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools is a plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
