Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Jan'25 and 18th Feb'25
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Prior internship or experience in HR (administration, recruitment, event coordination) preferred
2. Basic understanding of HR processes (onboarding, exit formalities, recruitment)
3. Event coordination experience is a plus
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
5. Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
6. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
7. Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
8. Should have completed graduation/post-graduation
9. Recent degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
1. Gain hands-on HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, and event management
2. Exposure to both IT and non-IT recruitment
3. Mentorship from experienced professionals
4. Certificate of completion and potential full-time opportunity
