Human Resources (HR) Internship

Location - Mumbai ( Malad West )
Qualification - Graduation

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
Assist with job posting and advertisement creation on various platforms
Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in the development and maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support the onboarding process by collecting necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions

HR Operations Assistance:
Assist with employee data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR systems and tools
Participate in HR projects related to process optimization and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or recently graduated)
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
