Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
5. Support HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
6. Assist in creating and updating HR documents, such as job descriptions and employee handbooks.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
