About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling employee queries on a daily basis
2. Analyzing and collating HR data
3. Working on employee engagement
4. Working on employee retention
5. Working on scheduling meetings
6. Working on co-ordination with IT and admin

Note:

Working hours are 10 am to 7 pm and we're working for 6 days from Monday to Saturday. Saturday will be Work from Home mostly. The intern will have transactional as well as work involving creative thinking and will get the opportunity to converse with employees of multiple locations in India.
