About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting face-to-face interviews on a daily basis
2. Initiating regular calling on the database generating references from the same
3. Sourcing and screening resumes from job portals based on client's requirements
4. Following up with the candidates for selection & joining process
5. Conducting telephonic and walk-in interviews
6. Maintaining the database on Excel for all the candidates & clients
7. Taking responsibility for end-to-end recruitment

Requirements:
1. MBA pursuing candidates only

Note: We work 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm). Sunday will be fixed off.
