About the internship

The HR intern will assist the HR department in various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and other HR projects. This role is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in human resources to a student or recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in HR.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in posting job openings on various job boards and the company s career page
2. Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Participating in interviews and providing feedback
5. Helping prepare onboarding materials and documentation for new hires
6. Assisting in conducting orientation sessions for new employees
7. Supporting the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
8. Assisting in conducting employee surveys and compiling results
9. Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
10. Handling employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate HR personnel

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

2. Strong interest in a career in human resources

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

7. Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
