About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Update our internal databases with confidential employee information/employment details
2. Maintain integrity and confidentiality
3. Gather and maintain payroll data like attendance and leaves etc.
4. Search candidates from recruitment portals and references
5. Screen resumes, application forms
6. Organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates
7. Coordinate new hire orientation/induction
8. Prepare HR department related reports
9. Address employee queries
10. Participate in organizing employee engagement events
