As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of the HR team, assisting in various HR functions and gaining exposure to key HR operations. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills in recruitment, employee relations, and overall human resource management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including document verification and induction sessions.
2. Maintaining employee records and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
3. Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
4. Assisting with performance management processes and tracking employee progress.
5. Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
6. Supporting the HR team with other HR-related projects as needed.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Familiarity with HR software or Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
