1. Design training programs for the various departments and organizations using different, contemporary methodologies like blended learning
2. Design small to mid-scale learning programs, defining learning/performance objectives, success criteria, high-level content outlines, and associated materials
3. Work on one or more learning development initiatives simultaneously, using predefined standards & tools with an aim to expedite employee learning curve, whether in induction or on-going employee life-cycle
4. Create course content, leader s guides, handouts, job aids, evaluation/measurement tools, and test criteria for training programs, ensuring that all materials are consistent with adult learning principles and meet established quality standards
5. Develop content that focuses on measurable results through changed behaviors and improved performance
