Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment like sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, documentation, offer, and onboarding
2. Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms
3. Screening applications as per the requirement and shortlisting profiles
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates
5. Sharing and coordinating assignments and aptitude test rounds
6. Documenting and conducting reference checks
7. Ensuring a smooth onboarding of employees
8. Ensuring that the candidate's hiring experience is positive
9. Conducting employee engagement activities to ensure high levels of motivation, commitment, and satisfaction
