About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source profiles, conduct preliminary calls, and manage the hiring pipeline across roles.
2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and vendors.
3. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
4. Organize employee engagement activities, feedback sessions and run anonymous surveys.
5. Assist in setting up and managing regular feedback sessions.
