About the internship

Selected HR intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing Profiles from various Job Portals
2. Following up with candidates & Scheduling interviews
3. Conducting cognitive/aptitude tests for Candidates in Pipeline
4. Coordinating with candidates & stakeholders
5. Market Research and Market Benchmarking
5. Helping the talent acquisition team with the recruitment process
