About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. End to End recruitment.
2. Co-ordination with the candidates as well as clients.
3. Sourcing, screening, scheduling, salary negotiation.
4. Sourcing candidates through employee referral, job portal ( Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
5. Conducting telephonic and face to face interviews of the candidates.
6. Maintaining employee database in Excel
7. Review the job description, understand the profile.
8. Sending tracker of candidates to client
9. Generating daily, weekly & monthly report
10. Explaining, Sending Job description to the candidates.
11. Hiring candidates for industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Insurance, Real Estate
12. Agriculture, Shipping and logistics, Pharma, Engineering and IT Industry.
