About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, background verification, and system updates.
2. Create job descriptions, coordinate, and schedule interviews.
3. Implement processes and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
4. Serve as the point of contact for employee queries about policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
5. Assist with the offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for exiting employees.
6. Track and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
7. Create status reports and dashboards.
8. Support vendor management activities, including maintaining agreements and managing vendor invoices (quoting and checking) using SAP.
9. Gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and data management.
10. Work with cross-functional teams and learn about different HR processes.
11. Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills.
