As an HR Intern, your role is pivotal in liaising with HR business partners, documenting organizational roles, and gaining in-depth insights into our company's structure.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connecting with HR Business Partners: Collaborate with HRBPs to understand specific skill sets required for diverse roles
2. Role Mapping: Conduct comprehensive research, document role specifics, and collaborate with department heads to refine role descriptions
3. Facilitating Collaboration: Act as a bridge between HRBPs and departments, ensuring role alignment
4. Data Management: Maintain an organized database of role descriptions, ensuring accessibility and accuracy
