1. Conduct research on a diverse range of HR issues using multiple sources, select relevant material, analyses information, and presents findings for internal review
2. Support the development and revision of policies on the exercise of streamlining and simplification
3. Assist in preparing background documentation, talking points, reports, and presentations
4. Assist in designing, organizing, planning, and managing the collection, evaluation, analysis, compilation, and reporting of HR data
5. Create presentations and material
6. Show initiative and propose new ways to coordinate and streamline the work
7. Perform other activities and special projects as assigned
8. Communicate with various stakeholders and partners
9. Act as the first point of contact for any L&D related queries, liaising with the rest of the HR team as required
10. Support to develop processes for HRIS and database management
11. Assist in managing L&D and engagement activities planned for the year
12. Collate best in class HR practices for benchmarking
