Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential candidates as per the requirements.
2. Drafting and posting job descriptions
3. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent to the company within set timelines.
4. Handling End to End Sourcing activities of the Company at Pan India level.
5. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
6. Collaborate with Candidates and HR.
7. Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates.
8. Sourcing and Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References and Self-Data Bank.
