About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing till the candidate joins
Sourcing quality profiles through Job Portals, internal Database, through Employee referrals,
Job postings & Professional networking Sites
Preliminary short listing of profiles by way of screening
Scheduling candidates for telephonic and personal interview
Co-ordination with candidates, hiring managers for interview schedule
Salary Negotiations with the selected candidates, preparation of offer letters
Follow-up with candidates till the candidates joins the organization
Co-ordinating with the ESS team for smooth joining formalities of candidates
Close open requirements in minimum TAT.
Building and managing the database from various sources for various technologies according to experience levels.
Maintaining recruitment trackers and skill database
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
