Human Resources (HR) Internship

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Intern to support our HR team in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, working closely with the HR department to assist with various recruitment activities and provide valuable support in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the sourcing of candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare job descriptions and job postings for open roles.
Support the interview process, including interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.
Help maintain and update the recruitment database.
Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recruitment trends.
