4. Assist with employee relations activities, including organizing team-building events and employee recognition programs.
5. Support the performance management process by helping to track employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to managers.
6. Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee training progress.
7. Contribute to special projects as assigned by the HR team, gaining exposure to various HR functions and processes.
