Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
3. Maintain and update the recruitment database, trackers, and reports for effective pipeline management.
4. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract the right talent.
5. Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or email to assess suitability and interest.
6. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer coordination and pre-onboarding formalities.
7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
8. Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media engagement and recruitment campaigns.
9. Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and follow-ups.
10. Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance checks.
