Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
2. Supporting the HRBP team in day-to-day operations and HR-related projects
3. Maintaining and updating central trackers to ensure real-time accuracy
4. Generating reports and insights from HR data to support decision-making
5. Utilizing advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
6. Creating dashboards and professional presentations using PowerPoint
7. Conducting research on HR trends and best practices
8. Assisting in improving HR processes and frameworks based on findings
