Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment & selection
- Work on end-to-end lateral hiring across the organization as per requirement.
- Work on end-to-end campus drive
2. Statutory Compliances
- Operate existing statutory compliances and maintain the same.
- Keeping a check on respective statutory bodies for their applicability and adapting the updates.
3. HR Operations:
- Run employee life cycle & joining to exit for all employees.
- Process all the required sub-functions with respect to HR for all employees.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing
4. Training & Development
- Assist in organizing internal & external training programs
- Work on training calendar
5. Employee Engagement
- Conduct employee engagement activities
- Handle employees and acknowledging their requirements/queries for maintaining a healthy HR operation
