About the internship

The Human Resources (HR) Specialist is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures align with company goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Develop and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns and provide conflict resolution support.
Promote a positive workplace culture and implement engagement programs.
Assist in conducting surveys and analyzing employee feedback.
3. HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in preparing reports and HR documentation.
4. Performance Management & Training
Support performance evaluation processes and feedback sessions.
Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
Assist in developing career growth and succession planning strategies.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
Address employee questions regarding salary, benefits, and leave policies.
Ensure fair and competitive compensation structures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of experience in HR or related roles (entry-level may be considered).
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
