About the internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MA/MSc Industrial or Organizational Psychology students for a 6-month internship opportunity. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in the field of employee engagement while contributing to meaningful, data-driven projects. As part of our team, you will assist in the analysis of employee engagement surveys, convert quantitative data into meaningful themes, and support various ad-hoc projects to provide insights into employee performance, retention, and organizational dynamics.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Thematic Analysis: Convert qualitative comments from employee engagement surveys into distinct themes to identify key patterns and insights.
2. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing and interpreting various survey statements to uncover insights related to employee performance, productivity, retention, and engagement.
3. Survey Analysis: Support the team in reviewing employee feedback, helping to interpret and derive actionable insights to drive organizational improvements.
4. Ad-Hoc Projects: Collaborate with the team on different research and consulting projects, including data validation, reporting, and presenting findings to clients.
5. Collaborative Support: Assist senior analysts and consultants in providing tailored recommendations based on survey findings and employee sentiment.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors (BA/BSc) in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational) Master’s degree (MA/MSc) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a closely related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
3. Experience or coursework in thematic analysis, survey design, and data analysis techniques.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools (knowledge of statistical software is a plus).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
