About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in creating HR dashboards to monitor key metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment)
2. Support data analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable insights
3. Help automate HR reports to enhance operational efficiency
4. Integrate data from various HR systems into reports and dashboards
5. Provide support for ad-hoc HR analysis and projects
