Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate leads of doctors by cold calling
2. Research, source, and communicate with potential candidates
3. Conduct telephonic pre-screening of candidates as per client requirement
4. Verify candidates' qualifications, experience, and certifications
5. Manage all stages of the full recruitment cycle to hire doctors
6. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
7. Track and manage the progress of multiple doctors during their various interview stages
8. Develop creative solutions to challenging recruiting needs
9. Act as the main point of contact for candidates
10. Maintain all relevant electronic databases of current and past applicants
11. Analyze and monitor doctor recruitment metrics and suggest changes to improve recruitment
12. Learn data management through Excel and other platforms
