Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Workshop Conduction:
1. Organize and conduct workshops in various colleges to promote events and initiatives of the organization
2. Develop and present engaging workshop content that aligns with the organization's goals
3. Coordinate with college authorities to schedule and facilitate workshops effectively
4. Gather feedback from participants to improve future workshops

II. CSR Relations:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate social responsibility (CSR) managers
2. Collaborate with CSR managers to identify opportunities for partnership and engagement
3. Assist in planning and executing CSR activities and events
4. Ensure regular communication and follow-ups with CSR managers to sustain relationships
