Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting new employees with onboarding, documentation, and initial setup.
3. Maintaining employee records in HR databases and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Supporting the HR team with paperwork, data entry, and filing.
5. Assisting with payroll processes and ensuring employee timesheets are correct.
6. Assisting in organizing events, workshops, and team-building activities.
7. Helping communicate HR policies to staff and ensuring compliance.
8. Assisting with performance review processes and documentation.
9. Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
10. Responding to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
