About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure smooth integration.
3. Handle employee relations tasks, such as addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
4. Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including training and development programs.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
7. Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to gain valuable insights and knowledge in the field.
