Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in creating and posting job advertisements
2. Reviewing resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
3. Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and interviewers
4. Conducting initial telephonic screenings of the applicants or candidates
5. Helping prepare and facilitate new employee orientation sessions
6. Assisting with the preparation and collection of onboarding documents
7. Maintaining records of employee training programs and attendance
8. Helping organize workshops, seminars, or training sessions
9. Organizing company events, team-building activities, and initiatives
10. Handling day to day queries
