About the internship

As an HR Executive, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance our organizational culture and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support new hire onboarding activities including preparing welcome kits, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork.
2. Employee Relations:
Aid in maintaining employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in addressing employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related matters.
3. Training and Development:
Support the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
Assist in tracking employee training and development activities to ensure compliance with training requirements.
4. HR Administration:
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documentation.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
5. Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
Gather feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups to identify areas for improvement.
