Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding Support:
Assist with job postings and job descriptions.
Screen resumes and applications for job openings.
Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of welcome materials and necessary paperwork.

2. Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee files and records.
Assist with organizing and scanning documents, including contracts, performance reviews, and other HR-related paperwork.

3. Employee Engagement and Communication:
Assist in organizing employee events, training, or recognition programs.
Help maintain internal communications, such as newsletters or HR-related announcements.

4. HR Software and Tools:
Learn to use HR management software.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system.

5. Recruitment Marketing:
Assist in promoting the company's employer brand on social media or job boards.
Help craft recruitment messages or write job advertisements.
