Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with Recruitment: Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and possibly participating in interviews to assess candidates
2. Employee Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, which might include paperwork, orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have the necessary resources to start their roles smoothly
3. HR Administration: Supporting HR staff with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing HR-related documentation
4. Communication: Assisting with internal HR communications, such as drafting emails, newsletters, or other materials to keep employees informed about HR-related matters
5. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assisting with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed, which could include anything from organizing company events to conducting research for HR initiatives
