Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent Acquisition: Assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.
2. Employee Engagement: Supporting initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. HR Operations: Helping maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
4. Policy Development: Assisting in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
5. Performance Management: Supporting the team in evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.
