1. Work with internal teams, bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and MIS for handling the entire zone
2. Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts
3. Develop a recruitment strategy
4. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, verification, interviews, and offers
5. Develop relationships with third party recruitment partners and manage the procurement and measurement process
This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing, channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
