About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment assistance: Support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, including onboarding and induction for new joiners.
2. Responsible for system changes for new joiners, deactivation of resigned employees, updating employee information in the system, and executing exit formalities.
3. Handling attendance and leave management, creating reports for statutory requirements.
4. Maintaining employee files and records in the system.
5. Handling invoices related to HR.
6. HR reporting: Generate reports related to recruitment, employee performance, and HR metrics.
7. Policy & compliance: Support adherence to HR policies and company regulations.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with HR managers and other departments to execute HR initiatives effectively.
9. Assisting and coordinating employee engagement events.
