About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment - Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Onboarding support - Assisting with the coordination and preparation of new hire documents and orientation sessions.
3. Employee engagement - Helping organize and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance work culture.
4. HR documentation - Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
5. Attendance management - Assisting with tracking and managing employee attendance, leave records, and other administrative HR tasks.
6. Supporting HR projects - Participating in ongoing HR projects aimed at improving processes and systems.
7. Training coordination - Assisting with the coordination of training sessions and managing related logistics.
8. Providing administrative support - Assisting the HR team in daily administrative tasks, such as preparing reports or updating HR systems.
9. Employee records maintenance - Helping ensure proper filing and handling of HR documentation, both digitally and physically.
10. Supporting performance management - Assisting with employee performance evaluation processes and documentation.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. A keen interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per onboarding ).
