Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking care of onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, etc. for successful joining of candidates
2. Working on the job posting, reviewing resumes and applications
3. Conducting first round & telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews
4. Communicating & explaining HR policies to the employees
5. Conducting various employment activities
6. Preparing to submit all HR relevant documents
7. Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
8. Maintaining regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
9. Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
